Mr Bunnareth Hem is a Special Nuclear Projects Project Engineer at Huntington Ingall's Shipbuilding, Newport News, VA. He holds a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from University of Cincinnati and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, Norfolk, VA. He is president of the Khmer Association of Hampton Roads Virginia, also known as the KAHRV.

Mr. Scott Walker is the Founder and Special Projects Director of the Coalition of Allied Afghan and Vietnam War Veterans. He is also the co-founder of the Sons and Daughters of Cambodia and a former adviser to the Cambodian Historical Society.. He is active in many philithopic projects with special interest in the rule of law, U.S. Constitution, asian history and human rights.
