MDVA Protocol proceeded to be examined and votes began to be taken on each of its elements.
Meeting 6- CAVWV Balanced Analysis & Report submitted for consideration, it was never acknowledged until meeting 7 when it was revealed MDVA General Council had been given the report by the MDVA member of the Task Force, it had been read and the counils office had given that opinion to the Vice Chair. That opinion was never introduced or discussed. Meeting 7- That brief comment regarding the opinion was welcome news to the CAVWV reaserchers they had a professional opinion that had checked their work. Intitially the Vice Chair was not going to make the opinion available to the Task Force however after contacting the General Council's office the following day a copy was provided.
Meeting 8- The CAVWV researchers examined the opinion and provided the Task Force their responce. That responce was submitted to the Task Force before the final meeting in January. That responce and concluding statement was never heard or discussed by the Task Force. No factual defiencies were found in the General Council's opinion.
Walker's Final Statement and Observations Report was submitted to the House Veterans Committee as written testimony to be considered by the Committees members. It serves as a minority report which was voted down by the Task Force at the conclusion of its official business.
