CAVWV President & United States Veteran Representative
Thomas Leo Briggs is a former United States Army Veteran and Central Intelligence Agency Case Officer who served during the Communist War of Aggression in South East Asia and in 'The Secret War' in Laos. He is the Author of "Cash on Delivery | CIA Special Operations During the Secret War in Laos. He enjoys researching complex issues including lesser known clandestine missions and legislation related to veterans concerns, and provides commentary on Vietnam War issues and history. He serves as our Coalition President.

Royal Lao Armed Forces, SGU Veteran Representative, Ethnic Hmong

​Charles Pao Hang is of Hmong ethnicity who served as a young soldier in Military Region 2, during the Secret War in Laos under General Vang Pao and CIA Case Officer Bill Lair. He founded and serves as President of the United States Special Guerrilla Units Inc. He serves the Coalition as the Hmong and Royal Lao Armed Forces and SGU Representative.

President United Royal Lao & SGU Veterans, Ethnic Lao Representative
Khao Insixiengmay is of Low Land Lao ethnicity who served as a Colonel and Commander in Military Region 3, with Royal Lao Armed Forces and Special Guerrilla Units during the Secret War in Laos. He was wounded on several occations, captured and imprisoned after the war in POW / re-education camps. He emigrated to the United States organized and served the Lao community as the President of the Lao Advancement Organization of America.  He serves the Coalition as the Royal Lao Armed Forces Reprentative.

Khmer Republic Veteran Representative
Pong Kith is a former Khmer Republic Navy and Marine Corps. Officer. He is active in the Cambodian Community internationally including continued correspondence with the former soldiers of the Khmer Republic Armed Forces. He was instrumental in translating and printing the United States Constitution into the Khmer language. He serves the Coalition as the Khmer Republic Armed Forces Representative.

POW / MIA Representative & Khmer Rouge Genocide Servivor
Hoeun Hach is the son of a soldier of the Kingdom of Cambodia Armed Forces. His father later joined the  Khmer Republic Armed Forces and was trained by the United States Central Intelligence Agency. Hach is a survivor of the Khmer Rouge genocide and continues to serves his community as a founder of the Sons and Daughters of Cambodia and has recently played an instrumental role in translating and printing  the United States Declaration of Independence into the Khmer Language. He serves the Coalition as our POW/MIA Representative.

Afghan Interperter Veteran Representative
Mohamad Naser Mohamaddi  made application under the United States Department of State SIV-Special Immigrant Visa Program and was evacuated on August 28th during Operation Allies Welcome, Afghanistan Evacuation.He is an active member of the Afghan community helping to resettle Afghans in the United States. He is well known nationally visiting Afghan communities throughout the United States and continues to assist Afghans in need in Afghanistan. He serves as the Coalitions Afghan Interperter Veteran Representative.

Army of the Republic of Vietnam (ARVN) Representative
Hoc Nguyễn ís a former South Vietnamese Pilot and President of the Army of the Republic of Vietnam Veterans of Minnesota. He served as an ARVN hellocopter pilot during the war. He was captured and imprisoined after the war and held as a Prisoner of War and forced re-education camps before imigrating to the United States. He serves the Coaliton as the ethnic Vietnamese representative.

Secratary / Treasurer & Special Projects Director
Scott Walker is the founder of the Coalition of Allied Vietnam War Veterans. He is well known internationaly by our Foreign Allies veteran community. He has authored several State and Congressional legislative bills including the first of its kind "All Allies Day" commemorating the role all United States Allies played during the time of war and conflict. He serves as the Coalition Secratary / Treasurer, Civilian Representative and Special Projects Director.

Honorary Member in Memoriam
Tuan Anh Pham (April 1, 1949 - July 22, 2021) served as the Army of the Republic of Vietnam Represeative from 2020 till his passing in 2021. He was a most respected and devoted leader of the Army of the Republic of Vietnam Veterans of Minnesota serving as President of the Fellowship of ARVN Veterans.  He served In IV Corps, Mekong Delta, South Vietnam. He hosted many Vietnamese Community events and will be remembered as a important and influential member of the Vietnamese Community. 

Martino Khanh Nguyen is the son of a Republic of Vietnam Veteran. He is very active in the Vietnamese Community serving on a verity of projects. He has a background in graphic arts and serves on the Coalition as one of our Mission Specialists.
Sotheary Duong is member of the Khmer community and is active with the Sons & Daughters of Cambodia. He was instumetal in translating the first known translation of he United States Delaration of Independence into the Khmer language. He serves as one of the Coalitons Mission Specialists.

The Coalition of Allied Vietnam War Veterans is a former 501(c)3 non profit which ceased operating under that IRS status at the end of 2025 which was the 50th anniversary year of the ending of the Vietnam War.
It now operates as a Veteran Fellowship located in the State of Minnesota
