Thomas Leo Briggs is a former United Staes Army Veteran and Central Inteligence Agency Case Officer who served during the Communist War of Aggression in South East Asia and in 'The Secret War' in Laos. He is the Author of "Cash on Delivery | CIA Special Operations During the Secret War in Laos", He serves as our Coalition President
Charles Pao Hang is of Hmong ethnicity who served as a young soldier in Military Region 2, during the Secret War in Laos under General Vang Pao and CIA Case Officer Bill Lair. He founded and serves as President of the United States Special Guerrilla Units Inc. He serves the Coalition as the Hmong and Royal Lao Armed Forces and SGU Representative.
Ananh 'Lee' Saenvilay is of Low Land Lao ethnicity who served as a Captain in Military Region 4, with Royal Lao Airborne during the Secret War in Laos. He continued to fight communist aggression long after the United States withdrawal and collapse of he Royal Lao Government serving along the boarder of Laos and Thailand. He emigrated to the United States in 1989 and continues to serve the Lao community as the President of the Royal Lao Airborne Veterans of Minnesota, Inc. He serves the Coalition as the Royal Lao Armed Forces Reprentative.
Pong Kith is a former Khmer Republic Navy and Marine Corps. Officer. He is active in the Cambodian Community internationally including continued correspondence with the former soldiers of the Khmer Republic Armed Forces. He was instrumental in translating and printing the United States Constitution into the Khmer language. He serves the Coalition as the Khmer Republic Armed Forces Representative.
Hoeun Hach is the son of a soldier of the Kingdom of Cambodia Armed Forces. His father later joined the Khmer Republic Armed Forces and was trained by the United States Central Intelligence Agency. Hach is a survivor of the Khmer Rouge genocide and continues to serves his community as a founder of the Sons and Daughters of Cambodia and has recently played an instrumental role in translating and printing the United States Declaration of Independence into the Khmer Language. He serves the Coalition as our POW/Genocide Representative.
Yazdan Bakhsh immigrated to the United States as a young boy and raised by a military family. He is an active member of the Afghan community helping to resettle Afghans in the United States. He is well known nationally visiting Afghan communities throughout the United Staes regularly. He was instrumental in organizing Afghan communities during the Afghan evacuation of 2021. He serves as the Coalition as our Afghan Representative.
Scott Walker is the founder of the Coalition of Allied Vietnam War Veterans. He has authored several State and Congressional legislative bills including the first of its kind "All Allies Day" commemorating the role all United States Allies played during the time of war and conflict. He serves as the Coalition as the Civilian Representative and Special Projects Director.

Tuan Anh Pham (April 1, 1949 - July 22, 2021) served as the Army of the Republic of Vietnam Represeative from 2020 till his passing in 2021. He was a most respected and devoted leader of the Army of the Republic of Vietnam Veterans of Minnesota serving as President of the Fellowship of ARVN Veterans. He served In IV Corps, Mekong Delta, South Vietnam. He hosted many Vietnamese Community events and will be remembered as a important and influential member of the Vietnamese Community.
